Our project managers Shaked and Anton were fantastic. They were in constant communication, walking us through everything they were doing. With any renovations, there are always surprises, and we ran across 2. Shaked and Anton took care of the surprises with minimal delays. A renovation this large is going to be stressful, but overall I was at a 3 out 10 for most of the renovation because the project managers were always on top of everything. I was researching foundation companies when I read a comment that it was well worth the money to hire an independent inspector to evaluate the foundation before getting estimates. An independent inspector can provide an unbiased opinion of the extent of the problem with no financial investment in how much the repair may or may not cost. I thought it good advice when foundation repairs can be so costly. I contacted the Foundation Guru based on its online reviews. The inspector came out and carefully evaluated the foundation. He was professional, informative, and efficient. I learned that my foundation was secure, but the skim coat of concrete was crumbling away based on heat exposure, drainage issues, and simply the age of the structure. It was a repair I could do myself over the course of an afternoon. I'm very glad I contacted the Foundation Guru. I highly recommend the peace of mind that goes with an independent inspection.“

“I call Brad then owner and had a very quick response. Brad did an excellent job diagnosing several areas that are or could potentially be the source of leaks and adressed them. Price was ver reasonable. Brad is not a general contractor and will not redo major repair, but if you have leaks around openings or roof or any other areas in your house without significant structural damages, Brad will do an excellent job.He is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company.“

“Johnny Pearson with quick roofing helped me out of a tight spot. I had made my claim already but because of work and life had trouble getting the work started. Had issues with getting solar panels removed because the company that installed them had gone out of business. Johnny helped me figure out how to get them removed and reinstalled once my roof was replaced. The whole process was made easier throughout by his knowledge and experience. “I had Blue Sky design and build some shelves for me back in 2019. These shelves are not shelves. They are art objects. Beautiful design, meticulous construction, and the installation was flawless. I had them build a railing for a loft in my condo---also well-designed and impeccably implemented--and last year, I had Blue Sky put in a new kitchen. The space was tiny, the counters were ancient and unattractive, and I had just bought a new dishwasher that didn't fit. So Ike and the rest of the team designed butcher block counters, installed a new sink, and--through clean design and careful construction---both brightened the space and made it seem much larger. They were respectful and courteous while working here---it was still raging Covid-times and they were always masked and distanced--and they're all good people. (I think they would have finished the project earlier had I not kept getting them into chinwags about music and books and stuff, but they promised a quick turnaround---Ike told me I would be without a sink for a day---and they delivered.)Here's a final testimony to their excellence. I had purchased a filtration device which I hoped could be run through the soap dispenser on the sink. Ike and Colin and Brian had never put one of these in but they promised to give it a shot. It works perfectly, and I noticed later that they didn't charge me for it.High quality work, professional interactions, extremely reasonable prices given the amount of effort and care they put into each project. These guys are all involved in art and music projects on the side, which is common in this town. What is singularly uncommon is the artfulness and passion they bring to their day job.
