We worked with local, family-owned CG&S on an exterior renovation - updating our 1940s home to Craftsman style. Our home had no original details, but did have a lot of the original exterior materials. The team had to meticulously remove our particle board siding in sections and reseal as there were no exterior walls/wrap and our insulation was just under the siding; shim the roof level while regarding interior drywall as we don’t have attic space; shim walls to align with varying depths of windows hung by another company; re-run electrical; and then add wood siding, two new decks with detailed craftsman woodwork, a custom front door, and other finishes. We used CG&S for a complete remodel and addition to our 1970s ranch. They met and exceeded every expectation we had for a builder. We needed and received quality service every step of the process - and are very pleased with the finished project. An actual joy to work with.

CG&S is an awesome company. We had worked with them about 10 or 12 years ago. So when a recent two bathroom remodel with another company became a disaster, CG&S agreed to pick up the job. This is not the way they normally operate and did this because we had been a previous customer. They are completely professional and they hire professionals.. The project manager was very communicative and kept us up-to-date with the stages of the job.The project was completed in a timely manner and the bathrooms are beautiful!
