I went on March 21,2024 and paid 123.00 for my frame plus glasses. They told me 5-10 business days. I called today and they aren’t in yet which it is 14 days today. Then they have the nerve to have no refund which they need to keep the entire glasses and give me my money back so I can go somewhere. I will never go back. Watch when glasses comes back I might not be able to see out of them. I got a call to pick up glasses. When I got there gave them my name she found the glasses she just hand me them in a plastic bag. I have never gotten glasses without trying them on. When I wear them my head hurts.

Doctor is rude and unprofessional was on his phone while I was in the chair just sitting there waiting on him to be done using his phone. Front desk and, assistants where good they did provide me with good customer service.

They take FOREVER to get what you need. It took me more than 3 months to finally get my prescription, just the document not the actual lenses, they always said “ it will take 1-2 weeks “ it would be over a month and nothing was ready. So I took the prescription to Walmart and it was not only cheaper but I received my lenses in 2 weeks. I have been coming here for 3-4 years and it was always the same problem…Also they need to clean this place just look at their restroom. So, definitely my last time here.. P.S don’t leave people on the phone on hold and after a while hang up on them, that’s very unprofessional.
