Visiting from out of town on-business, and I lost my primary and secondary set of contacts. The Staff and Doctor were so kind and very-helpful, they went out of their way to find a solution. If I lived locally, this would be my primary eye-care location.

I bought 2 pairs of glasses from Accent. The exam was comprehensive and the doctor thorough. The glasses arrived and my occupational glasses were perfect. Unfortunately, my main pair was faulty and I visited again to ensure the fitting wasn’t an issue. Progressives can be tricky and I understand the need to work through the issues. After 2 weeks, headaches, and struggles walking etc., I took the one pair back to get it rechecked. I was then promptly informed my glasses were faulty and needed to be sent back.Why the 3 rating? Because of dissatisfaction with the service and the delay in rectifying the issue. Accent Care could have done a better job following up, escalating...read full review

I just don’t know what to do!! Every single time! There’s always something or someone! That just makes my day, gets my glasses perfect, is super friendly, helpful and kind! It’s basically a spa for glasses. ????….I love it there! Dr. M and everyone are all very great to be around. Too bad it’s only once a year! Love you guys! And gals,….and everyone in between! ?
