John and Andy are friggin awesome!!! I requested same day service and while I realize this cannot be accommodated every time due to their prior appointments, they delivered!!!! Andy was thorough and performed with the utmost professionalism!!! You cannot go wrong with these guys or company and they come highly recommended!!!! My windows look beautiful. The fellow who came to the house identified those windows that are showing leaky seals. (Work this company doesn't do; so he was simply providing important information.) I arranged everything on Yelp. My husband was home. He said North Dallas Window Cleaning was very good and we'll use them again. My correspondence was on Yelp and email. John was responsive, friendly, and quick to schedule. Did I mention how beautiful my windows are?! Glad I found them.
