“I chose Berkshire Roofing because Rudy and Angel showed up and we’re very good with explaining everything and the process after having hail damage. They were going to replace my roof, pickets on my fence, and window screens. The replacement of the roof went smooth and it was done quickly. They came and replaced half of the pickets on my fence and haven’t finished since May. I was told they were talking with the insurance company to try and get another area of my fence that was leaning repaired. In the beginning Rudy responded quickly and told me they were working on with the insurance. It is now October 17th and Rudy will not respond. I called my insurance and they show nothing of talking to anyone from Berkshire about my fence. Update: 12/2/23 after writing the above review I received a call from Will and he let me know that Rudy was no longer employed with Berkshire. Will took control and continued to keep me updated and got my fence completed. They have done a good job and I’m very pleased with the work that was done and especially Will. I would gladly recommend Berkshire.“

Our relationship with them began in 2016 when the owners donated their services for our home tour benefitting Walnut Hill Elementary School in NW Dallas. “I am a returning customer.Though it had been several years since I had SolSolutions installed gutters and guards, I was pleasantly surprised that Greg remembered me and was eager to help me replace a picture window that was broken. I had tried to work with the company that had installed the window originally but I couldn't even get a bid. After over a month. of frustration, I realized that SolSolutions replaced windows and doors, so I called and Greg was out within days. He did inform me that it would be a couple of weeks for a bid due to the manufacturer. I got the bid when expected. I got a better window at a lower price. When i asked him to move forward, he gave me an eta of the window, it did get pushed back due to the ice storm but installed shortly after. Install went great. I was worried about the caulking because we had a storm but was happy that the seal held. I will definitely use SolSolutions for future projects.Services: General window replacement“

“Martin Reveles and his crew did a fabulous job repairing the wood on my chimney this week. I got his name & number from my neighbor. They arrived quickly, were very courteous and performed the work in record time. They replaced the rotting wood and also painted it. They had to remove a small solar panel attached to the side of chimney and replace it during the process. They did exactly what I needed and I am thrilled to have found Martin and crew; highly recommend them! He also comes highly recommended for many of the roofing jobs in my neighborhood!“

“Initially I had a great experience with this company, last year I had large gutters installed on my back porch. The quote process as well as the work done was done quickly and efficiently and they did not try to oversell anything. The gutters however, do not handle moderate to high rainfall. I asked them to come out and see if they could make an adjustment and also expressed that I would pay for any additional work or materials needed. They have not come out and they have become unresponsive. I attached pictures of my gutters during rainfall.(edit) They contacted me and came out to see what the issue was with my gutters. They said the unique way my roof is shaped as well as the surface area makes it difficult with overflow for rain. The large gutters were installed correctly but I will always have this problem. I am disappointed we could not get it fixed but I appreciate them being honest with me.“
