We researched widely before choosing a management company for our Airbnb. We chose Gold Nest because of the personal interaction, the degree of help they offered, and the fact that they were reasonably priced, local, always available and reliable.The choice was a good one.For over three years, they have managed our Airbnb As if it were their own. They were in constant contact for any needs or concerns. They were always anxious to hear our concerns and remedy them as soon as possible. We had a group of friends in Dallas for the weekend and stayed at a property in the uptown area. The property was great! Clean, spacious, comfortable and in a great neighborhood. There were restaurants and bars within walking distance. Communication from the management company was excellent and I would definitely rent from them again if in the Dallas area.
