My husband and I recently Applied to lease a home that this company is representing. We were one of the first people to put in an application for this home. Our income is over $200,000 a year, we are both previous homeowners, I’ve also been a landlord two times on lease properties. We provided applications, paystub‘s, drivers licenses, and documentation in regards to our service dogs. Grace Sun is the agent that is managing this property. She told my real estate agent that they would not allow my dogs, I know this is illegal, and I plan on filing a complaint with the fair housing authority and any other entity that needs to be notified.
