Roy did an excellent job repairing our microwave. He was quick, efficient, and incredibly pleasant to work with. I called him on the phone and my husband took it up there and he got it back up and running!!!! Highly Recommended.
My Panasonic microwave stopped working after five years and two repairmen I called referred me to Global Microwave Parts. I stopped in and the gentleman I spoke with looked at the microwave and told me that it would cost more to repair (min. $400) than what I paid or a replacement would cost ($250-$300). I just want to say that Leslie is outstanding, very responsive and very professional when it comes to customer satisfaction. I had a shipping issue, I emailed her and in less than 24 hours she responded as well as rectified the situation. Good customer service is hard to find.
