Appreciate the excellent customer service, on the phone and in person. Wow…. the staff was incredible nice and helpful. Had a few question about my old V-7 that I brought with me. Love all my Dyson items. Just bought 3 more V-12 as Christmas gifts.

Jonathan and the other sales associates present at the Dallas (Park Lane) Dyson Service Center/storefront on 11/25/23 were EXCELLENT to work with...so kind, knowledgeable and professional. You'd not think you could get such a good deal in the actual Dyson store itself, but you can! Going INTO the store in person is the ONLY way to buy a Dyson! Amazing customer service from Mark. He was very knowledgeable of the products and helped me get a new Dyson Vacuum for my mother. Provided great information about what I was buying and all the ways it was a better value than my current one. Thank you Mark!
