Every aspect, from your guidance in making arrangements to the way you handled the service, was done with genuine respect and thoughtfulness. We were especially grateful for the tour and how seamlessly you made the arrangements possible from the comfort of our home. The slideshow you created was exceptional, and the florist you recommended worked with us at the last minute to ensure everything was just as we hoped.

We also appreciated how beautifully you arranged the table with the beverages and snacks we dropped off. The facility itself was clean, bright, and welcoming, it truly felt more like a celebration of life than a traditional funeral home setting.

We also want to share how much it meant to us that your team welcomed and embraced our Hindu traditions, including the use of fire and incense. Your respect for our customs made the experience even more meaningful. “I was meeting a friend at his condo near this cemetery, got out of my car having parked on hall across from the cemetery, knowing nothing about this place and had no intention of looking at it as you would park by anything and ignore it, when I felt this strong sense to turn around like someone wanted my attention. Similar to when you sense someone coming up behind you. I expected to turn around and see someone as the feeling was very intense…but when I turned around to greet this person or get out of their way no one was there, just the cemetery suddenly locked into my view, and I was like whoa and just got chills…after learning about the history of this place it doesn’t surprise me. They or something wanted me to look at them or know they were there. The feeling was so intense like someone about to tap on my shoulder…I was certain someone was behind me…I’ve never experienced anything like that before or since, pretty amazing metaphysical experience! Be a good person in this life, they’re waiting for you.“
