I am a designer who recently purchased two rugs for a recent interior remodel from Esmaili. The gentlemen who helped me were courteous and professional and they went out of their way to identify rugs in Esmaili's robust inventory that would suit the preferences and parameters provided. The time spent at the shop was pleasant and productive. I will certainly continue to source rugs from this family-owned business in the future.

I called Esmaili rugs about cleaning a rug that I bought on Etsy that was making my skin itch and smelled really odd. They explained that there was probably a chemical sprayed on the rug that was causing it and they would be happy to clean it for me. I took it up there the same day and within three weeks the rug was cleaned and looked wonderful and smelled so much better—it has also solved the issue I was facing with the chemical. They also repaired an old worn part of the rug but color matching wool thread and weaving it in—it is completely seamless and looks original where they repaired it. Absolutely incredible experience finding this gem of a store! Quality unique rugs and unmatched customer service! Would highly highly recommend! Skip your same old same old mass produced stuff you can find anywhere and go here. You will not regret it.
