My tech Montgomery was professional and really understanding, he understood the type of work I wanted to be done in order to a remove a horrible stain and odor from my carpet and explained to me the process of it. I was affected by the by the 15.5 inches of rain that fell within 24hrs on Sunday August 21st 2022 and even though I tried my best to vacuum with my Shop Vac it was clear I needed a Water Extraction service. I was able to get in contact with them on Monday and they came same day and got to work. As of today 3 days later, the moisture is all gone and the carpet is nice and clean.
