Raise and Praise for John who has arrived twice within a short period of time to work on electrical and plumbing issues including replacement of items per trip to home depot. Pro service, remedied the problems and pleasant, positive representation of Alna Management!!! Good Management and Top Quality Customer Service is what makes this company fantastic!!! Appreciative Grateful Satisfied Tenant!!!
ZERO STARS IF GOOGLE ALLOWED THIS RATING!!!! WORST COMPANY TO LEASE A PROPERTY WITH. First of all, please look at the REAL reviews from tenants who have ACTUALLY lived at a property with Alna Management. All the maintenance, foundation, communication, etc. issues are 100% true. I've done a few anonymous calls, RON and his staff ask for reviews from people who haven't lived in the hell they create. Not only that but the majority of the reviews are from their own staff too. I have been renting for less than a year and management & maintenance have gone through several people. Even some maintenance techs have said that it's one of the worst companies they have worked with. Cutting them short hundreds of $ from their checks. Furthermore, these techs seem like they are hired through a 3rd party to do quick & inefficient fixes. They are not qualified at all. There is no extensive background checks for these felons. One guy even went into one of the bedrooms upstairs where my mother was SLEEPING! The issue at that time had nothing to do upstairs & when my mom woke up from hearing him open the door his demeanor changed as if he did not expect someone to be in there. My mom asked him what he was doing and he paused, stuttered & went back downstairs... We are constantly having plumbling issues, foundation issues, anything you can think of and the company does not communicate regarding repairs. All their properties are bought for cheap but they all have plumbing or foundation issues. You will have your bathtub come up with poop. Pipes also burst with poop and waste water. My roof has fell through when there has been heavy rain and they just patched it up. I was promised specific issues would be fixed prior to my move in and actually had to end up waiting for several MONTHS!!!!! For over $2000 of monthly rent in this economy I expect to be living in a home where I am not constantly having a problem at least every MONTH! People have to work. I would schedule a time for a technician to come in & they would cancel/not even show up, sometimes they would even leave in the middle of repairs to get supplies from Lowes/Home Depot and NEVER COME BACK. We never recieved communication or anything... That is so ridiculous and unprofessional. They have the freedom to do whatever they want but if you aren't home when they randomly send a technician without an appointment you get charged ridiculous fees. I should be charging these fees since I am losing money by having to be present when someone comes to "fix" these issues& they leave, don't show up or have to spend days fixing something. Every part of this staff is very inconsiderate. In regards to the office, I have shown up multiple times to their building & there is nobody there or they don't open the doors. If I call them once I am there or to let them know I am on the way prior to showing up they make up some bogus excuse on why they are closed. For example, July 5th not 4th... FIFTH they said they were closed for the HOLIDAY. read that again yes I said July 5th 2024 which was a Friday... working day. I went on my lunch & called to let them know I would be coming in to ensure someone would be there to help me. Nope I get there... No one is there. I call for the 2nd time they say they are closed because of the "Holiday". 3rd call someone else answers & they say they're closed due to technical difficulties...whatever that means. 4th call someone else answers they say because they are out of power. How is the rest of the building working just fine with electricity and ironically their suite isn't... This company also has a third-party customer service that doesn't even know how to help you. They just take your name and number down but you never will get a phone call back. I suggest all TENANTS leave their REAL REVIEWS to get this company to actually care about who is putting money in their pockets. Document the property from when you move in to when you move out. Pros- alna management will approve you for a property. Cons- majority of their properties are old and outdated. The maintenance is THE WORST!!! Make alna management your Last Option! It's better leasing companies out here.
