“The dental services were fantastic. the office is modern and I feel it is state of the art. I trusted the staff and they made me feel comfortable. my only issue was insurance billing which is why I will not be returning. I had no issues with billing two insurance plans with my old dentist which is why I am returning to him. The billing here ended up with me having to repay part back tomy second insurer even after my out of pocket. I was a bit confused on my out of pocket amount as well because it seemed to not compute with me. They are allowed to bill the insurer in their office practice manner, but I had a similar service at my previous dentist and never had an issue as I experienced with my two insurance plans. Great dental office, great staff but now I have three dental plans and I am petrified to even think how the billing will go if I returned Thank you all for my dental work, simply love it and the work was fantastic.“

“Very professional, not a long wait , very friendly I was super nervous about getting all 4 of my wisdoms pulled out and they were all just supporting the idea that it was my 1st time having this procedure done, they also called me numerous times to check on me . They also have payment plans available and different companies that they work with… Procedure my jaws were very swollen, but they healed very good. No problems after that took about 2 1/2 weeks for me to start feeling like I can chew again..“

“This would be 5 stars if my Dentist that allows for 8AM appointments would show up to work on time. I had 2 appointments in one week, 8AM both times. Both times I could see my dentist rolling up at 8:15 through their beautiful glass windows. The technicians and front desk personnel exceed 5 stars for punctuality and for being friendly. The work performed by the staff was excellent.

Work on getting your top paid employees to actually show up time. Your customers have jobs too and took time out of their schedule to spend their money with your business.“
