The doctor I saw, Dr. Safaa Soueid was very kind and thorough. I have never been to a doctor's office where they informed me about everything they were doing including test that day and future tests. “I am a nurse and picky about my providers and needed a new one. My last provider left town and designated Hillside. I have had 3 visits with Abbi McDaniel and 2 of those visits with a PA as well. They were thorough, listened, and were able to help me treat my extensive issues without going overboard on medications. I read reviews of long wait times and there's even a sign in the office about it but I have never waited longer than 20 minutes even with a packed waiting room. On site labs are great as well. And everyone from the front desk to the lab have been very nice.“

“The the ease of online check in and minimum wait times, is always a bonus when you’re not feeling well! I was having difficulty getting in to see my PCP at the military clinic, and I was able to see PA Lupian within 30minutes of making my appointment. He was very thorough and compassionate, performed a chest X-ray on-site, and even was able to set up a referral for further evaluation since I can’t get into my PCP sooner. Since the check in process is done online including uploading your insurance information, check out was also a breeze and instead of signing paperwork and waiting longer, I was able to get back home to rest which is exactly what I needed!“
