“Best Pilates Studio Ever! Luisa and Hugo are professional, friendly and very knowledgeable instructors, who truly care about their clients.I have been taking Pilates with Both Luisa and Hugo for over 10 years now and I feel better than ever!My posture is so much better and I feel taller!Pilates has helped me with strength, flexibility, endurance, balance and body awareness.I am more mindful of how I move my body now and trust it’s moving with intelligence. They will teach you how to use proper body mechanics, which carries over to other activities of daily living.Luisa and Hugo have been an inspiration to me; their knowledge and passion of Pilates is extraordinary. They are simply the best at what they do!Hugo and Luisa are great at modifying an exercise or making it more challenging depending on how your body is feeling that day. They ask you if there are any issues you are experiencing. For example, if you are having back pain, etc., they immediately know what exercises or stretches to help with the pain. They also always find exercises I can do!Pilates is like a workout and rehab all in one! ?Thank you Luisa and Hugo for keeping me in great shape and being amazing, attentive and talented instructors!!!“

“I’ve been training with Scottie for almost 2 years now and I believe he’s one of the most committed trainers around. I started training once a week, as part of a group session, and really enjoyed the challenges he put into the sessions. My fitness level has increased and I now look forward to my workouts. I must be a glutton for punishment!“
“Works miracles. She helped me through a cervical fusion to a fantastic recovery. I still go to her for the aches and pains that come with age. Highly recommend.“

“It's sad to hear the news that CCC is closing its doors. I'll tell you my experience anyway If any of you ever follow Infinite Elgintensity, you'll see that there's no love lost between him and crossfit. His videos are all Cobra Kai on the crossfit community "no mercy." But then there's Joe. The man, who in my humble opinion, is the gold standard of what separates working out from training. I could easily plop down a few bucks at Gold's with a trainer, wait in line to use the squat rack, but some girl is using it to post pics on IG. I guess I could get some cardio by racing other people to the weights. Sure, but why would I? You don't get that nonsense at CCC. There's weights, squat racks, etc to get going. Just remember, I stepped through those doors, and Joe greeted me. It was like entering the Jedi temple and being greeted by one of the Master Jedi. Doing the Jedi Mind Trick, Joe waved me over. We went through the whole spiel, and I won't lie and say I wasn't mesmerized. This was the real deal right here. Medic in the army, several tours, worked with other soldiers to help them pass PT, etc------all on the list. I was thinking a year with this guy, and I'll be like Anakin Skywalker. I went in there weighing about a deuce and a half, and I left there a little under a deuce. I went from knowing what a pullup looked like to pulling off weighted pullups. I was deadlifting 380. There wasn't a moment in time when I remember pulling off these feats. After doing those pullups I felt like I could just say screw it and Tarzan my way home, but there weren't enough vines. Real talk, I look at myself at my last day there and think that was my peak self. Damn that's messed up. My peak self should be in the future not the past, right? Now I have to rethink my life. J/K I have to find a new place, but damn CCC is hard to beat“
