No crowded waiting rooms with other sick people & no time spent driving to/from the doctor’s office. Staff are well trained, carry the latest diagnostic equipment and can even provide you with some basic medications (saving you a trip to the pharmacy!) What’s more? They’re even equipped to do basic testing in the comfort of your home or hotel (COVID, flu, strep, etc.) All the while, you are on video conference with a physician or nurse practitioner, discussing your treatment plan. “I came in with some back issues. The receptionist and nurse at the front were extremely kind and made the process very pleasant and quick. The doctor was in very quickly and did a very thorough exam and answered my follow up questions. I didn’t feel rushed, I felt listened to, and I felt like I was actually under their care. A lot of doctor offices feel high cost with as low of effort as possible. I tend not to go to the doctor very often and when I do, I usually wish I hadn’t. I definitely do not regret coming here as it was a great visit and will definitely use this place if anything else comes up.“

“From the start to finish, everyone was thorough and very helpful. I was able to put my name on a wait list from home and when it was close to my turn, they called and told me to head to the office. The nurse, Lucy, was sweet and knowledgeable. She had an organized system. The doctor, Premod John was caring and concerned. They make a great team. I'm from out of town, and arrived to the clinic around 6pm. They sent my prescription to a 24 hour pharmacy and gave me the directions there. I'm from a small town, so I really appreciated that.“
