“The studio itself is peaceful and calm and welcoming- a nice soothing energy permeates the place. And, Megan and her crew do an excellent job of making everyone feel welcome. They learn your name, are happy to see you, and engage in a positive and nurturing way. Personally, I’m overweight, out of shape, and the last time I was flexible was in the 6th grade and I’ve never felt out of place or judged by any of the instructors. And, big plus, the other students are just as nice! Feels like home.“
