“We were visiting my daughter's family from California. And I asked Veteran Air to come out and check out my daughter's system in Spring Branch Tx. It had been a few years since she had it checked. I told her at my house we have the system checked out once a year. These guys replied to my inquiry on Yelp right away and showed up when they said they would the next day. The tech (who was a Veteran) was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained to my daughter everything he did and recommended she do. She was very pleased with everything and with their military discount it turned out to be less than we estimated. It's hard to find good reliable contractors for anything so finding these guys was a blessing. All based on their other Yelp reviews. We were very pleased with this Veteran Air and we highly recommend them.“

“This is the second time I have called Williams Heating & Air and both times and been excellant service! They explain exactly what we needed fixed and gave a quote that was reasonable. The last company we called kept trying to tell us we needed a new system for many thousands of dollars and not to even repair this one. Williams has been great to be honest and helpful. When they came for the seasonal service, the tech was the first one to clean out the condensate line! What a change from the other company! I recommend Williams to everyone now, they are the best!“

“The technician (Brody Windham) was great, very professional, friendly, respectful of my property. He did a fantastic job with the inspection of my unit. Came in and explained his findings, and what needed to be fixed, and taken while still under my warranty. I had him fix and replace what unit needed.

“They are very prompt. Within just a few hours after I called, their employee, Paul, was at my home checking on why the air wasn’t cooling from my a/c. He was extremely polite and respectful to me. He found the problem and explained to me in great detail what was wrong and the two ways I could choose to have it repaired. One way was the cheapest and would take care of the problem but he also gave me the option of a repair plus an additional part which would create greater preventive for this happening again. He made the repair and also checked my a/c unit for any other problems. He also suggested that I should have my a/c checked every six . months so this problem would be noticed and corrected before the loss of the cool air from my a/c. The price was reasonable and Paul was a complete gentleman and an excellent a/c repairman.“

They could not have been nicer, explained every thing they did, and fixed my system that I've had issues with for years. I have been dealing with my Home Owner's Warranty company, who have jerked me around for weeks, and NTG was literally the THIRD company to come out and look at my system. I have a very complicated communicator system and these gentlemen made it look like they were toasting bread.
