My precious Sammy! My friend and companion has been with me over eight years as his previous owner passed away. He is a character, over 12 years old. And when he is feeling good, he is my best friend. He grew more lethargic and I knew something was wrong with him. I took him to Cibolo Small Animal Hospital and they treated him with the best care. He had a tooth abscess. The veterinarian and staff helped him with the tooth and he is now recuperating at home. If you take your pet here, the staff will help you and your pet with the best of care for the animal and the parent.
Staff was friendly and informed me throughout the appointment on which things needed done on my pet. She ended up staying for the day and I received a phone call a few hours later updating me on her situation. Overall we had a good experience and will definitely be coming back for any dog health issues.
I can’t say enough great things about this vet office. I recently got my dog Hondo and am in the process of adopting Grace, and they have been wonderful with both of them.
Hondo is a big, timid, and shy dog who recently lost his previous owner and hadn’t been to a vet in over a year. The staff was incredibly patient, kind, and gentle with him, taking the time to guide him through the visit and ease his nerves.
I also brought Grace in for her first round of shots, and they explained everything clearly and thoroughly, which I really appreciated. The entire visit was efficient, friendly, and reassuring.
It’s clear they truly care about the animals...read full review
