Working with Rebekah and Paul to sell our home and purchase land was the absoulte BEST decision we could have made! We contacted Rebekah around 3 years ago when we thought we were ready to sell our house. From the first meeting with them we were SO impressed. Rebekah and Paul are very professional, extremely knowledgeable and are just down to earth people. We felt so comfortable with them immediately. It turned out that we were truly not ready to sell yet after meeting with them. Over the course of a few years, they were always available when we had questions and gave us guidance to get us ready to sell. They were also very helpful with our land search and it seems like they showed us every piece of land within a 50 mile radius. They were always SO generous of their time and never once rushed us or pressured us into anything.When we decided that we were ready to put our house on the market, they never missed a beat and carried us through the entire process. I really can't imagine a better experience. The market is so crazy right now, but they made the selling process seamless for us. The process can be intense at times and Rebekah and Paul were always there for us. They are experts and very good at what they do. I could really go on and on about how incredible they are!! We are forever thankful for Rebekah and Paul during such an important time in our lives. If you're looking to sell or buy, I have no doubt that The Cummings Team will provide an excellent experience!
