Michelle did an awesome job getting our dad‘s vacant home sold. The house needed a lot of work and through her marketing efforts and her professional contacts, she was able to find a buyer in two weeks! We had 2 offers to choose from!We had the home listed for 4 months before finding Michelle and we had zero interested buyers.Michelle made some recommendations for updates that were inexpensive and she was able to find the workmen to handle these updates for us. This was very important since we lived out of town, and the house was vacant. She was our eyes and ears and boots on the ground when the work needed to get done.We highly recommend Michelle!!
