I have been so happy with my experience and results with AustinMD. Nurse Crystal takes the time to explain everything she is going to do and provides a very thorough treatment plan to meet your needs. She is very knowledgeable, stays up to date on all new techniques and studies, and has flawless execution in her treatments. I have had PDO threads, lip filler, Botox and Sculptra. My skin is tighter, fuller and more lifted than before. I truly see that Crystal is creating the best version of me and I still look natural! I trust her completely with any services I get that she will get me the very best result. Thanks so much Crystal. You’re amazing.

It was easy for me to schedule an appointment without long lead time and day of was in and out quickly. I really appreciated Katie taking the time to print out detailed information for the IM shot I was receiving super helpful.

I love the entire team at Austin MD. Everyone is extremely kind, empathetic and truly concerned about each clients journey to healing . Whether you have a chronic health issue or just optimizing your journey for longevity, they are there to help you. I have been to other physicians and nurse practitioner’s who charge an astronomical fee but give you the wrong information and never follow up unless you pay an extra fee just to explain your labs. Also, the head physician will cancel appointments making you wait weeks or months to see him again. At Austin MD, Jackie, the RN who administers and manages the infusion clinic is AWESOME !!!!
