I am so thankful for Shea at R3, she totally saved me yesterday. My hamstrings are typically super tight but yesterday was leg day and it did not end well. My hamstrings became so tight they pinched my sciatica nerve sending shooting pain whenever I tried to sit, walk or turn to the right. Shea was able to get me in for a session on the Flowpresso that is like leg compression for your whole body. It was a life saver doing PEMF treatments ,,and Shea was like an angel. I was skeptical , but after the first 2 treatments I wasn't at all .
