For example, I called this afternoon due to issues with ants. Craig advised he would try to get someone out today, if not then by tomorrow. A couple of hours later, I received a text that a technician was on the way. Rick arrived and was very professional and greeted me. He came inside and listened attentively as I explained the issue. He got to work, explained the problem and what he did to correct it. I also appreciated him putting on shoe covers when he came back from outside. Rick was awesome!!
