“A very dependable company. They will initially have a fairly senior person come out and explain in detail every process involved. They also carry out every step of the process according to a set schedule. Every technician who comes out during the various steps are also very professional and knowledgeable. That includes the process of replacing the insulation, closing off all access points, removing suspect sections of the walls and running fans/dehumidifiers continuously for 72 hours or so, placing traps (and coming by later to check those). All that, I am told, is called "mitigation". That is followed by "restoration", where anything torn down/removed is restored. And that is where the company slacked - to the extent that we had to call in outside contractors to have that job done. That is probably the only reason Terminix will not get a 5-star rating from me.Overall, however, I will admit that we were satisfied with Terminix.“
