From the time I walked through the door until my check out I was presented with a different type of customer service that you don’t see often! Brittany offered a beverage while I was waiting to be serviced and the entire place was a VIBE! While waiting I received a tour of the establishment and was even able to meet the physician who owns the medical spa. I received two treatments and was able to use Cherry Pay! Can’t wait for my follow up appt

I took my very hardworking Mom here as a last minute surprise. The staff was very accommodating and gave an excellent Thai massage. My mom, who usually complains about her masseuse being too gentle, was asked if the pressure should be changed and they did an amazing job. I loved mine and had absolutely no complaints. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Ms. Glady is a kind hearted woman with a beautif craft! I came to get a few pants altered at the waist, and the turn around time was amazing. I got my pants back in 5 days, the price was amazing and my pants are perfect! I no longer have to walk around with over sized pants because of her! I went to Mike's place of business on Monday. I needed my shoes shined for a funeral this weekend and needed a quick turnaround. He was able to get them addressed for me within an hour and they look great. I was able to leave town on time and have one less thing to stress about. While I was there he was extremely personable. It was nice to get my mind off of funeral preparations for a brief moment. I will be going back.

I walked into Great Clips located in Cedar Hill Texas on 6/28/2024 for the first time for only a haircut (reshaping my bob) and was greeted very nicely by a tall young lady and another young lady named Tomika. I didn't have an appointment and I didn't have to wait because Tomika was available and ready to cut my hair. She did exactly what I asked her to do. She did not cut all my hair off. She cut a little in the back and asked me to check before she continued. I checked, I said yes that's the length I want and you may continue. She did a fabulous job. I will go back again. Thank you, Tomika, for your kindness, your great personality and your professionalism and most of all listening and communicating. Z has been cutting my hair since I was 5. He's a great barber. He has the skills to cut me right even though I fall asleep 90% of the time.
Requested style: Well what I thought I wanted didn't work for me. But Charles was diligent and skilled in his craft to suggest a cut that would be sufficient for what I was looking for.
I usually cut my hair myself, but I was turning 59 years of age and wanted to treat myself. I don't trust just anyone on my head, but a good friend referred Will at Next Level Barbers. Will got me in & out! See for yourselves.I will be going back.
My husband loves this wonderful barbershop in historic downtown Cedar Hill. We were directed to make his appointment through Booksy which turned out to be reliable. Booksy alerted us to the Senior/Veteran's discount and everything was arranged online including agreement to price, time and barber preference. There are two barbers at Wise Guy's; Mike, the owner, and a female barber, Teryn. My husband has been twice now and has had the services of both barbers. He enjoyed both who had easy conversational styles and the ability to cut his terrible cow licks! Those cow licks have busted the best of some hairstylists. It was $20 + tip and well worth it. The barbershop is cozy and has 3 chairs with banquette seating for waiting. There's plenty of parking out front. My spouse said he will definitely be back. He enjoyed his experiences with both barbers and his terrific haircuts! I'll get photos next time!!

I’ve past this nail salon for years. I asked could they do a pedi and mani in an hour and a half and they got me out in an hour. I needed a manicure so bad that one of my fingers were sore and almost bleeding, and the lady who took care of me was extra gentle, as well as gave me great advice on how to keep my cuticles from being so damaged as well as gave me a nail and cuticle care oil for free Not saying that they are going to give you guys anything free I think she just really felt sorry for my ugly hands Lol. But I want to stress how excellent their customer service was from the time I entered until the time I exited. Customerservice goes a long way with me, and they are top-tier. I will be back .

My experience has been awesome, excellence customer service. My lashes are the best I have ever had dome. Went the extra mile to fix my toe that has the aftermath of a fungus infection, saw the toe did not look normal. She offered to fix at no charge. That is something special to go out of her way to do this after a long day and at the end of her shift

I've been coming here for maybe 5 years now. One thing I'll say is a good dentist is hard too find but hopefully I've finally found one. Great receptionist who work literally 24 hours a day, hygienist who keeps you informed of the health of your teeth and give recommendations at how too keep your teeth clean especially with flossing. And my dentist. She is awesome, I've never had a dentist with such a gentle hand who when she gives you local numbing or anthestic you don't feel a thing. An easy 5 stars

I’ve been to this location a few times now, and the entire staff has always been very helpful and friendly over the phone, in person at reception, and during visits. Chance spent a lengthy amount of time trying to assist and calm my dog with anxiety. She was very patient and understanding and even though we were past our appt time she didn’t rush us out the door at the expense of me and my dog.
Best place to take your pet. My dog was seen by the most professional and courteous staff/vets here. This location does get very busy and their waiting room gets packed. They do offer light refreshments while you wait which is a nice touch. They will also help you with any treatment and payment options too.
Dr Ellis is great. He's not big on conversation but he knows his business when it comes to horses. I highly recommend CH vet clinic.
My dogs haircut looks amazing. Since there has been a change in ownership, the policies have changed and unfortunately you cannot leave your dog for longer than an hour and 30 minutes so in the past I used to take my dog drop her off before work pick her up after work, but now you have to pay a fee, that fee is $30 additional unfortunately I don’t have that kind of money to spend so it is unfortunate and in addition to that they do not groom on Saturday. Other than that they do excellent job on the grooming of your dog, so I guess it’s a 50-50 out of 100
