“I love the training. I appreciate being pushed to my limit every single class.. I am in it for self defense and the loss of inches is a bonus. The meal planning is excellent.. I have been PALEO and young living oils for the last 3 years The only thumbs down is the classes are to crowded. You can't stretch out there all the way. However I get the theory behind it.. over book in hopes to keep a handful who are really dedicated.“
