“My name is Harry and I have been going to 'Revival Performance Physical Therapy" now for four months due to a medical diagnosis (MRI) of an impinged C6-C7 nerve that supplies impulses to my right shoulder. I was told by my doctor, not to be surprised if that type of injury would take around a year to correct. Dr. Joe Hibner (Dr. Joe) has been and is my primary physical therapist, and, he is the best. Why? He is very knowledgeable and skilled at his work. He takes time to explain the problem and will treat you one-on-one. He is very hands on and has taught me some exercises and stretches to do at home on my own. He has used a variety of modalities in treating my condition: exercises, stretches, dry needling, and some gizmo that is attached to the muscles with pads generating a small electrical charge to awaken the nerve-muscles (trust me it didn't hurt). I am happy to report steady and consistent progress with a condition that can be stubborn to treat. You may be wondering why a rave about Revival. It's because they are the real deal. I have watched the other physical therapists working with their clients and they all appear to be highly qualified like Dr. Joe. TRoe brings decades of fitness experience and has developed classes that will get you in the best shape of your life. Classes are sure to include a mix of cardio (rowing, jump roping, 2 minute sprints on a treadmill (hate/love these!) combined with weights and bands exercises. Having trained with Thomas for over 15 years I can attest that he is one of the best trainers around. Take his class, you won't regret it!“

We workout in every city and country we travel to. Fitness is a part of our everyday life.
