“Just for context I’ve been going for a little over 2 months. I’ve done group training classes before but this place is next level. All the personal trainers are extremely well trained and are PROS at what they do. They teach you form, and push you and energize you through the workout. The sessions are high energy and motivational which I prefer, but if you need to take it slower they help you in that too. The price is extremely affordable, especially for what you get! I only touched a few points, but they also do challenges, competitions, and group events if you want to participate. Highly recommend to anybody!“
