“My husband and I had THE BEST experience ever today while shopping for new glasses for me and him some sun glasses Afsaneh was the reason for such a plesant and informative visit she went out of her way to help even the glasses I had been wearing she asked if she could adjust them I said sure once she did that it felt like I already got a new pair she made it to were they were not sitting on my face it annoyed me but I didn't say anything because I thought that was just how they fit even today almost 24 hrs later I am still in awwh of how comfortable she made them. I really feel Afsaneh would make a great education trainer to new hires because she had taught us and we both could just tell Afsaneh is passionate about her job and making her patients happy like Afsaneh said it's the small details. My husband and I don't really go all out for Valetines and the day we went was February 14th so it really was just an wonderful experience we are now making that our Valentines day tradition and that is all thanks to Afsaneh plus great selection of different frames and shade at super great prices. Dr. Abraham is the best optometrist I have been to several and she is the only one I recommend both her and Afsaneh were so patient with my husband because he can be shy at times and take a little bit to compose his thoughts and both ladies made him feel comfortable to talk. “Dr. Peterson is my favorite optometrist of all time and I'm pretty old. Brian is my favorite optician of all time. They are both very good at what they do and are always polite.

I did not give the office a 5 star rating because of several bad experiences with an optician whose name begins with an R. He makes everything difficult. He tends to respond to questions with a question. Several times he tightened the hinges so tight it was a chore to open and close them. When I asked him to loosen them a little he became defensive as though I insulted him. He said they will loosen over time. When I asked again if he could loosen them a little, he took them, stood up, turned around and acted like he was turning the screws over and over. When he gave them back they were totally loose and he had a grin on his face. I just drove to another My Eye Doctor location and the woman there was very polite and adjusted them just fine the first time - no problem
. Until Brian was hired I would go directly to another location for all adjustments.“
