Dead of winter, heater goes out. I called a few HVAC guys and as luck would have it I got Warner Services. He came quickly, provided great service and was extremely affordable. Misc. parts to help with the repair were not even charged for. It's been a few years since I've used him but I will always remember and recommend him to others. The one recommendation I did give left his customer feeling the exact same way as I do. This guy is not out to take advantage of the situation and you can tell just by talking to him on the phone before he even comes out. He's honest, helpful, and good at what he does.
