My AC unit from the early 80s went out recently. I called and he showed up, even though it was raining, to help me get an estimate.He was friendly, highly informative, and little funny, haha.I scheduled my installation for 3 days after the estimate. For a great price too!(Btw price didn't change after install, no funny games, just honest an honest sale)His team showed up for installation on time. Their objectives were very clear. Cleanliness was a concern from the second they got there (tarps, sweeping, etc). We had a very old chimney cap on our house that wasn’t functional or practical. A friend of ours referred us to Greg at Taylor Services. He was SUPER to work with. He was responsive from the first call. He sent Star to us to review our chimney problem & come up with a solution. She stayed on top of our process the whole way! We never had to call her to find out what came next! She not only built a new chimney cap but also cleaned out our flue which hadn’t been done in years!! She was responsive, engaging and informative! They came even during the snow & ice with single digit temps, rebuilt my heater blower motor, & prices were very fair , especially with the weather conditions! Thanks Guys!! ?
