“Recently, we had a power outage. I was working on my computer when the power went off. When it came back on, I tried to restart my computer at least a dozen times, with no success. I did a Google search and called Buda Tech. The owner patiently walked me through several ways to get the computer rebooted. Again, with no success. He told me if I could bring my computer to him, he would work on it that evening. Later that evening, he contacted me and told me he got it to reboot and that it should work from now on. I picked it up the next day, came home and it rebooted with no issues. I thought I was going to be without a computer for 2 or 3 days, but after only 18hrs, I was back in business. The best thing for me was his demeanor. I am far from being computer literate, and he never talked to me like I was an idiot, but was very patient with me. I hope I don’t have computer issues in the future, but if I do, my first call will be to Buda Tech.“
