Kind, honest, very communicative, and reliable. Ali helped me with ordering and replacing the screen on my macbook. Before ordering the part, he shared a few ways to go about finding a solution for the problem. I appreciated being given options. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely reach out to him again with any future computer issues.

I wanted to save time and money on a simple issue, a noisy fan on my laptop that I knew was going to take at least a week in a shop to fix and cost me an arm and a leg at a regular repair store. Ali finished the job twice as fast and for less than half the cost of a typical storefront. He was honest, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. If you are interested in using an independent contractor he is conveniently located in south Austin and typically on call during regular business hours.
