The ashes had accidentally spilled out of the urns and gotten wet, and l was beside myself thinking there was no way we could not restore them. I reached out to this funeral home and Debra compassionately listened to my situation, then contacted the gentleman who may be able to help to us. I was overjoyed beyond belief that he was willing to try to save the day. I dropped off the cremains and new urn and within a week our family was back home with us. We had our daughters service there (Alicia Jimenez) and they went thru so much to get the perfect casket thinking we were not going to get it on time and he went out his way and made sure to have it before the viewing!It amazes me how wonderful and nice people can be especially during a very hard time they made truly made it so easy for us!
