I came in Friday a week ago and she could tell something wasn’t right and she knew it was the frames. She patiently helped me with my choices, again, and got the right ones! I come in for adjustments, nose-pad replacements, and questions between the eyewear replacement every two years and, she is still just as helpful, bubbly, and kind! I hope we never lose you Sandra. “As a wee young lad in 1978, I got my first pair of glasses in this building when it was still Texas State Optical. I saw Dr. Warford and Dr. Hutto through the years. I saw Dr. Hutto and the new location on Garth. As the years went by and Dr. Warford and Hutto moved on and eventually passed on, I went to other places, but the revolving door of doctors was frustrating. There was no consistency or continuity of patient-doctor relationship like I had when Dr. Hutto was my main provider. I decided to go back to where it all began. I made an appointment with Dr. Matthews. He was very personable and professional. It was a great experience. The staff was amazing as well. They helped me with trying to figure out my insurance. Sometimes you need to stick with what you know and not try out something new. I am glad I decided to go back.“

I usually leave my information and what I want to get, and I usually get a call back pretty swiftly.
