The only negative part of the experience was the initial “welcoming” I received from the front desk lady. She was slightly condescending and rude, not comforting in a situation where I thought my dog was going to need surgery and I was clearly frazzled. Probably not the best first impression, but the staff in the back are what made a difference!“

For as knowledgeable as Dr. Rivera was regarding my horse, and the questions I had regarding his care, she also showed an organic passion for his well-being. I could tell she has a desire to care for equine and offered tremendous advice on his care and well-being moving forward. Her knowledge and understanding of my new pal gave me great confidence moving forward, and we put together a plan for future visits and an overall action plan for him.
