“It was my little Dina's first visit to Kimberly's Groom Room. From the moment we stepped into the shop Kimberly made myself and my Dina feel right at home. Immediately she picked my little girl up and started loving on her. I could feel the caring hands. This put me at ease because I didn't know how Dina would react after she had been cut, needing 9 stitches, from her last groomer at a different shop.
When I went to pick her up at Kimberly's they told me she did great. So glad I left her in good hands. She came out adorable and she will be going back there again.
Me being a senior, I thought the price was a little high but I will pay for the love and attention to detail they gave to my baby.“

“I have never had to board a dog of mine before, so I was super nervous. I decided to check out this place and I'm so glad I did. They are OUT OF THIS WORLD! They actually care about you and your pets. Making a reservation was super easy, the whole staff is friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. Before I made the reservation I spoke with Jonelle and she was very nice. While my dogs were there they even sent a couple of updates about how they were without me even asking which I REALLY appreciated as my dogs are truly my babies. We also have a boy who has issues with his ears so we don't touch them and I told them and they listening to my requests about that. They also let my babies room together which was so helpful for me and for them to feel more comfortable. I can't express how much I appreciate them. If I ever need to board my fur babies again I will definitely book here and if you need a good boarding place this is it. Thank you so much A Yellow Rose Pet Resort!!“
