Our family has an anxious reactive dog who is often aggressive with humans other than her owners and they knew exactly how to handle her and kept her comfortable. We were in desperate need of a place for her last minute while my dad was in the hospital and they came through. 10 different dog boarding services turned us away. “I took my 2 year old Bichon Poodle mix to be groomed by Mary. I highly recommend her!She grooms out of her home. Charges a fair price for good work. And, most importantly to me, the dog is number one. She told me repeatedly that she wasn’t sure how long the groom would take but if my dog needed a break. She would give him a break. I care more about my dog’s comfort than I care about him being stylish. But Jiggy came back looking trimmed for summer (I asked for a summer utility cut with a clean poodle face) and I couldn’t be happier with my handsome boy!I highly recommend her!“

Booking through the online system is kind of clunky and I usually prefer to call instead. They are priced a little higher than other places, but we can trust them with our girl which is what matters most.“

“This place is amazing. They take such good care of my brother's dogs (schnauzer and Maltese). The staff is so friendly and helpful. The owner, Janice, is incredible. She does a lot of research before putting/selling any petProducts in her store. She loves to give the dogs treats as they leave daycare. She is NOT a pushover and is quick to stand up for her business. Some people don't like her directness but I find her easy to be around and a very smart business woman who loves animals.“

“My 90 pound dog hates his nails being trimmed. We have been several places and they eventually say they can’t do it any more. Lorie has trimmed Cayde’s nails twice. It is definitely a stressful event but she’s so confident and her experience shines through. Her attitude about difficult dogs is admirable and she welcomes us back. Thank you Lorie!“
