“I took my Basset Hound, Mr Potter, to a new patient Meet & Greet appointment where we met Dr Megan.<br>We had a GREAT visit and she was wonderfully kind to my very anxious doggie! She sat on the floor on the exam room and was fully engaged & invested on winning his trust.<br><br>Not even 3 years old, he's had enough "not-so-great experiences" with groomers and bad vet techs in the past (especially nail trims), that he is leary of anyone's intentions.)<br><br>Megan took all the time needed to help him to learn that she was his friend. She fed him little treats and talked to him all about his sweet, floppy face & wrinkles, and his velvety long ears. She took cues from his body language and facial expressions to know that he was listening to her. He did several treat tricks with her (giving each of his paws, laying down, going around, whispering) which was a wonderful thing to watch!<br><br>We talked about about his health and standard care and maintenance for a dog and specifically for Basset Hounds, and planned our next visit to do a "Spa Day" to examine him & take care of to those needs.<br><br>I am very pleased with this interaction between myself, Mr Potter and Dr Megan! And I will add more information about this veterinary practice on our return visit in two weeks.<br><br>Stay tuned!“

“These folks are awesome!My normal vet was out on leave last week when I noticed my sweet baby girl probably had a UTI, so I called around and Crestview was able to get me in the same afternoon. The staff was wonderful and caring, and they were able to get me the antibiotics my girl needed.Thankfully she's back to her sassy self and thank you to the staff at Crestview!“

“Dr. Cordeiro is a rock star! We went to this vet clinic to get a second opinion for my dog’s limp. She was very thorough and was able to determine that his limp was due to a serious injury (our previous vet told us our dog’s limp was caused by a mild yeast infection in his paw, and was just being dramatic). We are so happy that we finally have an answer and are able to get him the proper care he needs. Thank you so much Dr. Cordeiro!!“

“So, my cat did not enjoy the visit, and that's an understatement. He had basically an anxiety meltdown, hissed and screamed at everyone including me, defacated on himself, the works, I'm not 100% sure why. What really impressed me is the lengths that the staff were willing to work with me, despite him basically tying up the room for 2 hours because no one could get close to him to put him back in his carrier. They offered several options, from different ways to trap him to sedatives, and never made me feel bad for basically taking up the space. Like I understand it's a business and they probably had other patients so I really appreciate them all working with me and empathizing with both me and my cat. We finally made it out after a sedative shot. Just soo impressive. You usually see more of the business side of the vet in my experience, but they really cared about his well-being so much. Thank you so much for being kind and compassionate humans.“

“Really appreciated my visit with Dr. G! My dog has had health issues since we got him, so in the last 3 years, I’ve learned a lot on how to manage his issues. By the time we switched services to T&C, we’d already tried everything. Even so, I still learned a few new things from Dr. G, got great advice on other things to try, and I loved how she didn’t rush through our appointment. She also suggested advanced next steps but was quick to tell me we aren’t there yet. That helps me as a pet parent plan for what might be to come in the next few years.<br><br>Also, as a pet parent with a dog that needs to be on consistent (expensive!) prescription medication, I also appreciated them suggesting ways I can save money on his pills. That’s not something a vet and vet tech usually tell me unless I specifically ask.<br><br>Glad I switched and looking forwards to many more years with T&C!“
