“I have been a patient of Dr. Hill for nearly three years, primarily for annual check-ups and bloodwork. Dr. Hill is thorough and takes the time to engage with each patient, which reflects his genuine care and concern. However, this dedication can occasionally result in extended wait times, sometimes up to an hour.

The reason for my four-star rating is the office staff. They consistently exhibit a less-than-friendly demeanor when interacting with patients, a behavior I have observed not only in my experiences but also in their interactions with other patients who were being polite. This creates an unwelcoming environment. I often remind myself that my visits are for Dr. Hill's expertise, not the reception staff. Once past the initial encounter, my experiences are always positive.

There have been several reviews mentioning Brandy, the office manager, and I find them somewhat accurate. She appears to need additional training in conflict resolution, as she tends to escalate rather than diffuse simple situations. This might contribute to the front desk staff's demeanor.

Despite these issues, I still recommend Dr. Hill for basic medical needs due to his excellent patient care.“

“I have taken my infant here twice and both experiences were great. I sign up for the online waitlist and have been seen at the estimated time both times. All the care providers are so kind and knowledgeable (even when we were there for a stupid accident, they were so understanding). I appreciate that they offer “watch and wait” antibiotics so you don’t start antibiotics unnecessarily, but also don’t have to do a second visit if they are needed.“
