“My dog, Luka, has been going to east side pet ranch for 2 years now. He LOVES going to daycare. The people who work here are so caring, kind, and treat the dogs like family. I’ve had a great experience with daycare, boarding, and grooming (and the pricing is reasonable!).<br><br>I’m SO thankful for east side pet ranch. Also, a huge plus is the vet next door is the best vet I’ve ever been to. Can’t recommend this place enough!!!“

“This is like dog heaven for dogs who love to have supervised freedom to run, play, explore. I drive a half hour each way just so my dog can spend the day under trees, rolling in grass, having the company of other dogs (who have been carefully vetted by Michael, the owner), and getting out of the heat and into the air conditioning on her own through a doggie door. Michael Jennings is personable and has established rules and procedures that he sticks to fairly and that gives me peace of mind that my dog is safe and in good hands. I cannot say enough good things about this facility.“

“I took my Basset Hound, Mr Potter, to a new patient Meet & Greet appointment where we met Dr Megan.<br>We had a GREAT visit and she was wonderfully kind to my very anxious doggie! She sat on the floor on the exam room and was fully engaged & invested on winning his trust.<br><br>Not even 3 years old, he's had enough "not-so-great experiences" with groomers and bad vet techs in the past (especially nail trims), that he is leary of anyone's intentions.)<br><br>Megan took all the time needed to help him to learn that she was his friend. She fed him little treats and talked to him all about his sweet, floppy face & wrinkles, and his velvety long ears. She took cues from his body language and facial expressions to know that he was listening to her. He did several treat tricks with her (giving each of his paws, laying down, going around, whispering) which was a wonderful thing to watch!<br><br>We talked about about his health and standard care and maintenance for a dog and specifically for Basset Hounds, and planned our next visit to do a "Spa Day" to examine him & take care of to those needs.<br><br>I am very pleased with this interaction between myself, Mr Potter and Dr Megan! And I will add more information about this veterinary practice on our return visit in two weeks.<br><br>Stay tuned!“

“Liza and her staff are amazing with our Big Boy JJ. He is a 115 pound Rhodesian Ridgeback. We have been taking our sweet baby to D Pet since he was a pup. When we enter the parking lot of D Pet, JJ begins to whine with excitement. He can't wait to get to the playroom and I always laugh to see him dragging the staff member down the hall as he races to get let in. The staff is the best we have ever encountered for pet care!“

“We love Austin Pet Stylist, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a safe, kind and top quality groomer. Their prices are reasonable, their communication is great and the salon is a welcoming, inclusive place. We have brought two Pomeranians here (one with coat issues, and one who is a bit of a handful) and have received the best care.<br><br>Pomeranians are a notoriously hard breed to groom, due to their double coat, and if not groomed and cared for correctly, they can actually lose their fur. I spent a lot of time researching groomers in Austin, and felt very lucky to get in with Jade. We actually live about a hour away, and make a morning out of grooming every month.<br><br>Not only does Jade give the best cuts, but she is passionate about animals and even teaches a pet CPR class. Jade, Brittany and the rest of the staff have helped me learn a lot about Pomeranian care, products and well being over the past two years, and we are so fortunate to have them as our groomers!“

They have cupcakes, different types of treats, dental chews and dog food that is made with fresh ingredients. They have a good selection if you are looking for something special for your dog.“

“It's always a bit hard and scary to find a new groomer. But so far...so good! Danielle did a great job grooming my Cavalier. Prices are in line with other groomers. Scheduling was easy. I will have more to add as I take the rest of my pack in for grooming. She took a cute pic of my girl!“

“I just wanted to call out an owner and a business that I think went well above and beyond anything that they needed to do. Back in January my dog hurt his leg and my vet wasn't too hopeful about his chances of recovery. We had reached a point where I needed to wheel my dog around in a little red wagon for anything more than a short walk. Wanting to spoil my dog on his last few days, I brought him into Amish's store where he proceeded to spoil my dog, shower him in treats and gifts, and refused my money.Takeshi ended up having a second wind and pulled through for another nine weeks before other complications arose. This time around though, I knew there wasn't going to be a second wind, and it was his time. It was scheduled for the day after the total eclipse. As some sure many of you remember, those days ended up being very cloudy and rainy. I can't tell you how heartbroken that my dog's last day wasn't going to be one that was special. No big walk in the park, not grand gesture, just a cloudy day. The only item I could do from my list was bringing Takeshi to Amish's store once more.I had a lot of mixed emotions this time around, as I was returning with a dog that had previously received free product because he should have passed. I tried to explain to Amish that I had come in the past with a very sick dog and asked if I could leave a payment or tip. He refused, and I could tell he didn't remember me. I've now realized means that his generosity is a common enough occurrence that it didn't stick out in his mind.But when I wheeled Takeshi on his red wagon, Amish immediately recognized him. I cannot stress to you how much of a dog person Amish clearly is. The amount of love and affection he immediately had for my dog seemed boundless. He and his entire staff then proceeded to give my dog treats, spoil him, pet him, and turn his last few hours into the special day that I'd hoped it would be. And once again, Amish refused to take any of my money.Since Amish continues to not accept my money, I am making a donation in his name to My Chi and me, the organization that brought him and his dog together. I will also be donating to Shiba Inu Rescue of Texas on behalf of my dog, Takeshi. Both orgs are amazing and I encourage you to check them both out.To close out, thank you Amish, and thank you to your staff, for making one of the most difficult times in my life a whole lot easier.“

“Plush Pad is AMAZING! I have been to them for a couple years now with my Six yorkies. The staff is very friendly, communicative and accommodating. I have a busy schedule and pretty much always call last minute to have my pups scheduled and they have always been able to squeeze all of them in on the same day (makes its so much easier for me and the pups).<br><br>My boys stress very easily and hate being left anywhere but I can tell they are treated great here because each of them are always so excited to be there.
