“I suspect that for most stylists I’m a “nightmare” client- I have extremeeeeeeeely long, thick! textured hair. I’m used to a stylist AND assistant spending one hour tugging my head back and forth aggressively for a blow dry, and have never been particularly impressed by any haircuts I’ve received in Austin. However Josh completely wowed me! I have not stopped raving to friends about his technique- I left with the best cut I’ve had in years. Not only was my result amazing, but the way Josh tenderly spent time de tangling my hair before he blew it out himself was sooooooo the opposite of any experience I’ve had (and I’ve paid 300+ for a cut before) and very very appreciated! “I just had the BEST experience with Carrie. I came in with really aggravated, reactive skin and I walked out with my skin already looking and feeling much better. She has a calm, warm energy and is deeply experienced in her art. She custom mixed two masques for me including one with fresh goats yoghurt - I haven't experienced anything like that before. Anyhow after my treatment, and with a simple skincare regimen she recommended, my skin is almost totally healed after only two days. Really remarkable. Oh and her treatment room is the most beautiful space. I can't recommend her highly enough.“
