I love that they give you a bag with your name tag on it and you can just toss it in the drop off window anytime, day or night. They also stand by their work. When they made a mistake and didn't clean my jacket thoroughly, they happily we cleaned it at no charge.

I was in a rush to have my husbands work clothes dry cleaned. It was Sunday and I was very thankful that they have a drop off area. I usually go to the Jack Brown Cleaners off of Oltorf and Congress. I had everything in a bag and a note. Asking to please have my husbands clothes dry cleaned and to call me if they had any questions. I came into the facility the next day at 4:30pm. His clothes were ready! I was so relieved and happy. They are efficient and very nice to do business with.

Friendly and efficient. Was sent a text to notify me my suit was ready. It was spotless and perfectly pressed AND they made a couple of repairs which I didn't even ask for. Great job, will be back.
