Had to stop by today to pick up a small tile order for my dad who’s sick right now and had such a great experience with Rob and Sean! Rob was so kind and accommodating and went out of his way to help as did Sean at the counter. Great customer service experiences are hard to come by these days, please let these guys know how appreciated they are! Chloe with Emser is great! Ashley is awesome too. They are a great team. They are also so helpful and great a sourcing material if I have a inspiration photo. They get back very quickly, usually within 24 hours.
We are working with a builder who uses Emser and we checked out the store so that we could see the tile in person. We didn't buy any tile and made it clear to the sales people that we were buying through our builder. Even so, we got AMAZING customer service. They were so friendly and helpful and even gave us FREE full size samples of various floor tiles we were interested in. This was incredible because it allowed us to look at the tiles throughout the day and in different lighting and truly helped us choose the right tile for us.
