I highly recommend Douglas Foundation. Hard working, experienced crew who did an excellent job. Douglas did exactly what they proposed to do, on time and on budget. The Douglas proposal was very close to the recommendations of the structural engineer. I am very satisfied.

We discovered there was a foundation issue at our property in Austin (South East). Appears this is common because of the type of clay soil in the area. The soil contracts when it is dry and expands when wet. Over the past year when there was a drought, this emphasized the issue and we began to notice cracks in the walls where the foundation began to pull away. Very honest, kind experienced professionals. I had a house foundation inspection done by one of their professionals and I'm very pleased with the service. The inspector was thorough and knowledgeable, taking the time to examine the interior and exterior of the house.
