This review is for the business as well as Joe Lancaster. We reached out to him for pricing for an ECAD update and he immediately worked with us to review our existing documentation and ensure we still required a new ECAD report. He found that ours was still valid and even contacted to the city to validate. Without his thorough discovery, we may have pursued unnecessary/excessive services. Just stellar people that are looking out for the customer!
