“I can't say enough good things about Ace roofing, Maston and his whole team. Austin had a terrible hail storm recently and our roof got pelted. Maston was out and on the roof the very next day for an inspection. He said our roof met the criteria to be submitted to our insurance, got the name of our insurance company and set up a time for them to all meet at our house and evaluate. Being our first time replacing a roof, we had no idea what to do or expect. Maston was there and walked us through the whole experience answering any and all questions we had. Once we got approval from insurance, Maston provided us with shingle samples and basically all we had to do was choose our favorite and send the info back to him. When the day came to replace the roof, the entire team worked quickly and efficiently. They were very thorough and even worked in the pouring rain making sure to get everything done. My main concern was nails or scraps being left in the yard that my dogs might step on. Not only did the team go through the yard repeatedly with huge magnets but Maston himself also came back through on his final inspection to once again check the yard for metal scraps to put my mind at ease. Jeremy is the one we interacted with the most, but the workers are all friendly and helpful. Jeremy was fair and open about his pricing and service. Rather than saying he will do anything or everything as we walked the property for things that I need done, he was very up front about the work he does and focuses on those projects. For example, he concentrated on the construction and told us we would be better served by a landscaper for the other project I mentioned. I appreciate that honesty the most, that he told me which projects weren't their specialty, so that his team could be productive and provide the best possible service outcome, and also allowing me to get the other projects like landscaping, done in the same manner from other sources.“
